Caffè Nero

One of my local coffee shops. Good coffee, pleasant atmosphere. Seb and the young lady working with him are both very approachable however the manageress could definitely benefit from some interpersonal skills training.

Nice coffee but too strong for me so they did a one shot which was perfect. The biggest problem was finding a seat without a draught from the aircon🙁 on a cool wet day in early June. Even the wall hangings were moving in the draught. 💨

Nero, my favourite coffee shop of the 'big chains.' this coffee shop offers a double espresso to the usually one you would get in other well known places. In addition, I much prefer their loyalty scheme/app and their view on recycling. If you use your own cup you will gain 3 stars. Collect 9 and you get a free drink, therefore only having to pay for 3 before you get a free one. As long as you bring your own cup that is, otherwise you will only receive 1 star.

Chain coffer shop, but one of my favourites, as I love their coffee's taste. The staff here were very friendly and helpful with good service. Nice area outside on the pedestrianised main street to sit in nice weather

I love the healthy good range of vegetarian stuff with them. Staff are great too. One in particular at cafe Nero in Cardiff by the capital made my day. This Lithuanian girl
Is amazing

Very good. They do a scrumptious Black Forest Roulade. You can really taste the Kirsch (i.e. Cherry Liquor) in it and chunks of real Cherry. 100 times nicer than any supermarket Black Forest Gateau.

Love this place. Coffee just right for me. Don't like it in any other chains. Gutted they are closing. Always take time for coffee there whenever I'm in town. Please consider reopening.
