Costa Coffee

Very nice cafe, great atmosphere and on the two occasions I've visited in the last week the staff have been friendly.
My drinks have been very good and I think the Costa Loyalty programme is exceptional.
The outside area needs cleaning and weeding, please don't neglect it as it is a great addition to your offer.

Vety pleasant. Spacious. Airy, clean and tidy. Easy access, plentiful parking in a convivial setting

Nice enough staff, but horribly slow. 30mins stuck in the drive through. Late for an appointment because of course you can't leave the queue once in it, and no one on ordering system can ever hear the order properly.
I would say it was a one off but I stop here a few times a week and it's always very similar - but today's the worst.

Slowest Costa drive through ever. They clearly don't have enough staff.

Super helpful staff at the drive thru, no problem with us customising the order and they were very patient with us as we fumbled for our payment card. There was a bit of a queue when we arrived, but it went down really quickly as the staff were super efficient. Delicious drinks too.

I absolutely loved my drink. The best costa drink I've ever had. But waiting 30 -35 mins for it. Really put us off going to this one again. Saw many people leaving, so they're losing customers. The staff were very slow and only saw 2 maybe 3 people there? I don't think they can handle when it's very busy. Something needs to change. PLEASE HIRE MORE STAFF. Current staff are clearly suffering.

This is a nice costa. Visited this evening and it was nice and quiet. Able to have a conversation without too much background noise. Staff were very nice and we got our drinks quickly. We were disappointed when we ordered our hot chocolates and were told they didn't have any marshmallows (despite there being a bag of marshmallows next to the till).
Seemed pretty accessible, lots of room around the tables and the till. Only two disabled parking spaces and I didn't check if there was an accessible toilet.
I'd definitely visit this costa again.

Good ship, biggest problem you have ar this costa is that if the drive through is busy it takes an age to get served and then get your coffee. Not the fault of the staff but there were 4 batista on site and they all struggled to talk to you without being interrupted by the drive through. If I was to recommend anything would be to have member of staff dedicated to shop customers.

Service inside always very slow. Drive through is quicker, if not much of a queue. Even when relatively few customers inside it's always very slow with one person serving at the till and making the drinks. Quality of food and drinks is fine, consistent with other Costa outlets (although we were given the wrong drink on our last visit which contained dairy, after ordering a dairy-free drink).

I would recommend using the app to order ahead for pick up if you are passing and in a hurry.
