Costa in the old wrvs shop in the main entrance to kettering GENERAL HOSPITAL serving the usual costa pre-packaged snacks and fair this unit caters for both patient's visitors and staff a fair size seating area inside but can be busy at times
Selling bottled water and fresh fruit from a dedicated display and cooler stand within the main counter area

Proper Costa Coffee branch, not 'Coffee by Costa' Service is very fast, quality of food and drinks the usual Costa quality. There is plenty of seating, but it can be very busy. Couldn't find any power points for laptops. Free wifi, search for KGH GUEST. Accessibility good. Toilets just outside cafe in main hospital.

Very pleased with the service received this morning. Polite and friendly staff. Service with a smile and that goes a long way when times are difficult.

Brilliant, very helpful staff as they will carry your drinks to your table and explain all there products.

I'm not normally one to post a bad review but the two ladies that were serving on Wednesday and Thursday 8th and 9th July need a course on customer relations. Both were rude and unwelcoming.
I think they were in competition to see who could be the most miserable. We awarded them both the prize.

Thank the Lord for Costa at least decent coffee and snacks, just a little expensive but when hungry does it really matter?

They must have the rudes person called Chloe. There was 4 minutes to go till advertised closed and refused to serve. The asked me to leave with 2 minutes very abrupt and lacked manners. Having been in there for 7 days the rest of the staff are polite and helpful but on scores on todays service. Obviously going out
