Love this Costa. Friendly staff. Never had a bad experience here and drinks are always served timely and nicely. Only complaint is the cafe itself is very small in size, meaning in peak times it can be impossible to sit in.

Nice little Costa, in good weather there is seating on the balcony overlooking the promenade, sit and watch the world go by whilst having a coffee. It is usually a bit quieter than the Costa accross the road

The last few times I've visited this Costa, I've had pretty terrible experiences. The queues have been huge and very slow moving and recently I've witnessed staff swear and discipline other staff members loudly and unprofessionally in front of customers. I've started using the other Costa in town and found the service to be a lot better.

Hot chocolate not normal costa standard. My daughters cooler was terrible just ice no taste. They happily changed it but replacement only slightly better. Service was excellent and happy to exchange.

The store temperature was cold with air con on full blast, staff are slow to maintain the site cleanliness and it's a quiet site however large to always be able to find a seat. There are a lot better options for coffee than just another Costa.

This coffee shop is great for a quick cup of coffee or hot chocolate and it was very clean when me and my daughter went in for a hot drink and something to eat, i am disabled and i was in a wheelchair, the staff brought our hot drinks and food over to us. I think the staff are very helpful and polite.

Good coffee and now have a very good recycling policy too! Would like a few low calorie items on the menu though..the gluten free chocolate and Hazelnut biscuits are very tasty.

Hmmmm. Ordered a summer berry cooler.....actually got fruit syrup 'on the rocks' The girl preparing the drink....(I won't mention her name suffice to say her uniform is the biggest they require at this branch)decided that it only needed to be in the blender for 5 seconds rather than the normal 10-15 seconds......very poor & lazy. Get some staff who are interested in what they are doing. My wife was happy with her order though.
