2 stars for customer service and quality of the cake,
"Chefs" doesn't have imagination when I provided with clear picture. I'm very disappointed with "chefs" didn't even try to make the appearance of the cake close to acceptance. The chef did come up to talk to me or explain when clearly he assured me on the phone that it will be exactly as the picture.

I have provided you with a clear message as to what to be written on the cake, instead the "chef" decided that my message is grammatically incorrect even though I SPECIFIED AND EXPLAINED that it is like that because it is supposed to be a joke, something funny and the "chef" decided to write happy bday instead. AWFUL, YOU RUINED MY FRIEND'S SURPRISE CAKE and by "YOU" I MEAN THE CHEF!!!!! the staff at the front are super nice people, too bad the communication is s*it!

Best fresh cream sponge cake! Oasis Bakery has been my go to cake shop for over 12 years. I went there last night and was shocked to see it was closed down! Where's the pasty chef please?
