Nespresso

I have never posted anything on Google reviews ever before but I feel this needs to be said. I went into the store yesterday as I accidentally purchased caffeine free coffee the day before which tasted AWFUL!!!! I was told by the incredibly rude and highly unprofessional manager that this was not possible to exchange under any circumstances - despite the fact that their is a sign which reads you can exchange within 14 days provided you had a receipt. It seems crazy to me that they would not want to display some goodwill to loyal customers for the sake of £10. Regardless of the rules the way I was spoken to by the Manger was disgusting. He was incredibly rude and dismissive. I will say the other staff were very nice and did sympathise with me. Nespresso needs to learn proper customer service. Looking online it seems everyone has a negative experience with them. I will be selling my machine and never purchasing any nespresso products ever again. I WOULD GIVE THEM 0 STARS IF I COULD!!!!!!!!

Visited here on a Sunday and I must say what an amazing experience it was. Being a Sunday the store was empty. Me and my wife popped in as we are thinking of investing in a nespresso machine. What followed was customer service satisfaction that I will never forget. As we entered the store a young female assistant called Meg approached us and asked whether we would like any help. We explained we was new to nespresso and as I have a machine at work we was looking at purchasing one. We were intrigued with the pods and all the different flavours. She then proceeded to explain all the different flavours and how the store worked. She explained so much to us that we found ourselves wanting to get the machine there and then if they would of had it in. We were keen on 2 flavours and Meg kindly offered to make us a sample to try it. We found that extremely helpful and helped us make our mind up and purchase the pods. Even when we explained to Meg that we wasn't going to purchase a machine that day she still showed care and still helped us to her professional standard. When I got home I googled this store and saw all the negative reviews. I can imagine a lot of the reviews are based on weekday experiences, but the experience me and my wife experienced on a Sunday was very exceptional. Meg thank you for your professional and knowledgeable help.

I waited over two weeks to receive an order. This is not the first time this has happened. To be honest I find the service so poor from Nespresso I am going to replace my machine with an alternative brand. They charge premium prices but offer a basement price level of service. Maybe if you stopped paying George Clooney $40,000,000 you could invest more in your logistics and staff training facilities. Unacceptable.

Not sure what other reviews are all about based on my experience. Full selection of pods, self scan checkouts and when I spoke to someone about some recycling bags he grabbed some for me. Perfect

I have been going to this store for quite a while now as it is very close to the place i work and i never had any issues with the stock or customer service i received. Staff is always happy and willing to help, they always give good recommendations and encourage customers to try new coffee. It can get busy during the lunch time just because it is a pick time and stuff gets very busy, however it is completely understandable as the shop is located in quite a busy area which is surrounded by offices. I am not sure what all these negative reviews are about as i have never ever had an issue with the store or any of the the staff that works there.

Popped in to get a coffee capsules and was well received by Daniel. Actually very friendly and very good salesman.

My 5min of experience in store and nespresso definitely got a business.
