Love a Costa especially at breaktime xxxx

First visit. Coffee machine was broken

Always go there on a break

Really disappointed here today.
1- They wouldn't give me the 20p discount for taking my own reusable cup (apparently it's only on cups bought from Costa)
2- Only plastic spoons to stir the coffee (no wooden stirrers)
3 - All the customers sitting in with a coffee were drinking from disposable cups - they're never offered a ceramic cup even though these are sitting on top of the coffee machine.
Very poor environmental creds. 😭

In Cambria Coleg, Deeside site, same Costa, no Costa points, lower cost for students and staff.
