The Coffee Cave

I've popped in a few times over the past four years and it's always had a pleasant, calm atmosphere, nice tea and coffee and tasty cakes. The staff are always friendly and polite.

Had a lovely paninni tuna and mozzarella with a nice latte to wash it down the colsaw was delicious. Nice to see a good clean baby changing station in the toliet. Will defo go back

Two stars for cosy atmosphere and fantastic location, but loss of rating due to lack of passion and enthusiasm from staff.
Dismissive waitress who leant her elbows on the counter the entire time whilst addressing me and took no care in creating my flat white: burnt milk.

I was not allowed to sit in the only window seat available, due to it being dirty; rather than promptly cleaning the table for their customer.

Poor cake selection: even less homemade.

I've been coming here for years. Value for money(cash only). Food made to order. Wonderful choice of ice creams in ice cream parlour at back. Chai latte very nice, and hot chocolate loved by kids. Service is excellent. Well worth coming.
Wonderful daily menu, and an excellent menu choice. Cowl, bread and cheese, is beautiful. Just right for our recent weather.

Lovely Cafe, clean, quick service, the lady serving us made us so welcome, made it feel most inviting. The food was great with a good choice. The paninis were good and salad very fresh the tomatoes tasted like home grown ones. Toilets clean and good. Fantastic

This place is great. Brilliant breakfast, lovely cake selection and friendly staff. Definitely recommend.

Found the Coffee Cave today on a rare visit to H'west, Staff very helpful, and service was excellent, had a light lunch of cheese and onion panini, with a nice mixed salad and coleslaw, it's a shame that this virus is taking an awful toll on small local businesses. People should support their local businesses and give them the chance to grow and perhaps create jobs.
