Brown Bear's Coffee House

Stopped here on the off chance as in Cwmbran and so glad that we did! Had a lovely welcome by a member of staff who gave us a choice of sitting in or takeaway and showed us a table as we wanted to sit in.

We had a Caramel Macchiato Latte & White Mocha. OMG fabulous!

Our server at the till was very friendly and pleasant really fast on arrival of our coffee too!

We will definitely be coming back here again if we are in the area and try some of their menu as they have a wide array of choices to choose from.

Also was lovely and clean and presentable which is a huge bonus!

Great cafe! I had the vegan pancakes which I need soy free, the staff were great checking to make sure this was the case without a fuss and they were delicious. My husband has a full breakfast which he thoroughly enjoyed. We had a highchair for our little girl and it was lovely and clean. Food was served fast and all the staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

We just had 2 large Latè. To be honest not the best coffee we have had. It was way too stronge for a latè and not very smooth. Didn't like the fact that a supervisor/manager came out to talk to an employee. She was running her fingers along the barriers and showing the emplyee how dirty it was. Maybe this shouldn't be done in front of customers. Wait until you are closed or before you open in the morning. Not sure if we would go back. If we did we wouldn't be having the coffee

Really lovely cafe. Food is delicious, hot chocolates are incredible and the staff are really helpful. My kids absolutely love it here.

Popped in with my husband who is vegan. The don't offer a vegan breakfast on the menu but after speaking to the staff they checked ingredients and made him a cooked vegan breakfast. Staff were lovely and so helpful. Will definitely be going there again.

Lovely place, coffee, and cakes. Fabulous Covid-19 safety procedures inplace including tall screens between indoor tables. Absolutely spotless kitchen and toilets too.
