I'm a little puzzled by the negative reviews. I've been visiting this Costa regularly since it opened, apart from when it was closed during lockdown. It's always clean when I visit, and the staff are super friendly and helpful. I'm disabled, and they always bring my order to my table, usually without being asked, which is rare in other Costa stores. It's my favourite Costa locally, as it's quieter than other local branches, which tend to get a little frenetic. There's disabled parking right outside the door, too, which is very helpful to those of us with restricted mobility.

For wks now cwmdu ice machine has not been working called today 14/10/2022 no frappuccino no maple syrup no Toblerone hot chocolate ended up walking out

Always a relaxed atmosphere. Excellent coffee.

Tasty cheese & tomato toasties, latte. Fabulous lunch

Nowhere near as noisy as some Costa branches where you can barely hear yourself think over the rumbles of the coffee machines. Clean and well laid out. Staff were prompt with our orders and polite. For a chain the coffee is superb. A coffee lovers heaven though choices for caffeine-free beverages are surprisingly limited if you don't want a cold drink.
