My Sunday hangover days are made better when I receive sub par levels of coffee from that barista (I can't remember her name but I think it's Helga). Keep doing you guys, ya killing it

Fabulously friendly staff, clean premises, delicious coffee, what more could you want

Service and drinks fine, but the place was a mess, so many dirty tables, the toilets weren't great either - there seemed to be enough staff.

Love the frappé friendly staff sometimes you got to wait

We've never visited this Costa before and thought the design, layout and interior design touches were very good.
The COVID protocols were not robust. Tables were left a long time without being cleared and the bin was overflowing. Touch points such as toilet door handles were not sanitised during the 40 minutes I was there.
Drinks served in paper cups and food in bags, horrendous, COVID is no excuse, dreadful for the customers and the environment.
An expensive cake in a bag, no fork, no napkin even.... really poor.
Sign on door stating they are closing 2 hours early?
4 staff on duty, less than 30 per cent full, a very very quiet drive through and no crockery to wash, an easy shift l, but the staff were harassed and not friendly at all. They are very lucky to work in a modern, beautiful environment with the security of Coca-Cola behind them. Much better leadership and coaching required.
A waste of my money and time.
