Peaceful, beautiful views great wildlife

Lovely bit of space to wander about in. A big pond/lake with all sorts of water birds. Only reason I only gave it three stars is because it was in the middle of January and a bit muddy and bleak. It'll be up to five stars when all the saplings that have been planted look more like trees. Looking forward to that!

Great community venue. Loving the weekly street food on Thursdays.

Wonderful place, well maintained, take your dog for a walk here.

Needs a lot of work. Terrible quality soil.

We walk here every day with our dog. It has wetland/marshland areas with a small lake.

It's nestled between the Addenbrookes hospital site and the Great Kneighton housing estate.

A whole host of different birds visit here during their migratory routes, plus many nest here and raise young.

Everything from sea birds to storks, geese and ducks.

A great space for so walking and you will meet others that are out and about but it is by no means crowded.

There is a local dog walking group on WhatsApp called The Dog Squad.

If you live anywhere near the Great Kneighton Estate off Long Road or by Addenbrookes hospital, then you should take a walk here as it is a nice quiet spot, especially nice during the summer!
