I visited central computers to purchase a laptop after being recommended to go there by a friend. The staff were really friendly and very helpful. I'm not very tech savvy but Heather listened to my requirements, took time to explain my options and recommended a laptop that fit the bill perfectly and was within my budget. I was worried about transferring files from a Mac (the only home computer I've ever had) to a Windows laptop. Heather explained how Central Computers could do this for me and all within a week. I'm delighted with the laptop and couldn't have asked for a better service. Thank you Central Computers, you have a customer for life.

As a busy Dental Surgery we require our PCs to be running smoothly and they was not in the slightest I decided it was time to call for help. I asked for recommendations and this place came up tops and I'm not surprised as to why. Heather listened to all the issues we was having was able to quickly come to the surgery to have a look at at what we have and what can be done to help. Within 24 hours all of my options were down on paper.
Changing of PCs, removing files from old computers was so easy for these guys. I cant thank Heather and Stuart enough for all there help. From start to finish changeover was smooth, time effective, cost effective and was just 100% professional.

Recently we had a problem with our PC. Heather at Central Computers was extremely helpful in taking the PC explaining in detail the possibilities for moving forward.
The fact that the computer was old made us decided to go for a new machine.
This was designed with our needs in mind and we were kept informed throughout the process to ensure we were completely satisfied.

Was having a big problem with Outlook 365 on a new laptop I had bought. I took it to Central Computers (having made a prior appointment) and all was sorted while I waited in under 30 minutes. Very friendly, courteous and very professional - and all at a fair price. HIGHLY recommended.

Just want to thankyou for the service, a good reason to shop local! Checked and no charge. I think I may have found the answer to the problem, while connecting the 4 external hard drives it crashed again. Worked out an external drive failure puling the computer down. All working well now, thanks.

After a chat with one of your staff (helpful) I am more convinced my next computer has to be from you. Why would I go any where else? If I could give six stars I would.

Transformed my very slow running laptop into a very responsive machine. I wish I'd done this sooner. Great service, very quick and all at a reasonable price, They fixed my PC a couple of years ago too. Id highly recommend them.

I bought parts online from Scan.co.uk and had issues with the parts as it kept boot looping, I had to talk to their customer service and specialist and they kept me on a wild goose chase of trying different things to work out what the problem was and they were next to useless, I then told Central computing about the issue and they diagnosed the issue the next working day which was a my cpu cooler not being powerful enough so they offered me a option of cpu coolers (I chose a cool looking RGB water cooled cooler) and now my pc is running smoothly and am now enjoying some high powered gaming. Will come back again in the future.
They even offered an out of hours appointment for dropping off and picking up since I work late.

To summarise they are a fast and reliable service that looks after their customers, I will definitely will be coming back. :)
