Ian fixed an issue with my harddrive, I thought I'd lost everything on it so I am very releived! Very quick service. Definitely recommend!

I needed to get my pc cleaned, thermal paste changed and to check an overheating problem. Ian was very helpful and did amazing work. My pc now runs atleast 10 - 15 degrees colder than and makes running everything much easier. He was very accomadating when I had problems with dropping my pc of and everything was sorted easily and quickly. Would highly recommend and use Ian's services again.

Ian is most helpful and efficient with time. I had a lot of issues with my old iMac and it got dealt with calmly and effectively. In the end, with so many problems, the whole issue was solved by trading in the old Mac and purchasing a good used one from IPC – better quality, newer, all same features, but faster and more space! A perfect solution. Thank you Ian for all your help.

My windows tab keyboard stopped working, I called and Ian came to collect the same day, unfortunately it was beyond repair but Ian advised what I could do, I brought a laptop.from Ian, he put everything I needed on it and very reasonably priced, he kept me updated and delivered my new laptop to me. Great service would definetly use again if I had any problems.

I would like to give a good review, but I havent had the opportunity to do so. I have contacted IPC a total of 4 times over the last week and a bit, but I have received 0 replies. Appalling.

Two emails and two Facebook messages, sent several days apart and no response? I would have given them the benefit of the doubt that they were busy, but they have posted to their facebook page multiple times since my first email. They can post to Facebook but not reply to a potential customer? Poor form, IPC. If they were busy, if they could not take on any new customers, they could have replied stating so. Could have updated their Facebook stating so, but no. You are a business, are you not? Communication is key as a business.

I foolishly waited and wasted my time trying to reach this company only because they were a 5 minute walk from me, which would have been convenient for my much needed laptop repair. Luckily, I was able to find a different local company who replied the same day I contacted them. Sure,they were bit further away than IPC, but at least they actually responded to me.

While I hate to leave bad reviews, I feel it is necessary. You can't run a business when you lack the ability to even reply to potential customers. Its not very professional.

I would have liked the opportunity to visit IPC, and come back whenever I needed computer or laptop services. Unfortunately after this first and only experience, I won't ever bother contacting them again. Not that they care, as again, they never replied to me. Do they not want business? I guess not.
