I took my current PC in to ask whether or not Paul thought I should invest in a new one and he provided me with some brilliant advice and wrote down some information on what sort of spec to go for should I choose to do so. A very friendly and knowledgeable man, I couldn't recommend him highly enough.

Excellent and quick service - recovering hard drive data. My Sony Vaio had pretty much died and Paul was able to extract the hard drive and turn it into an external hard drive with no loss of files. Very quick service and reasonable prices. Would definitely go back for future computer needs.

Paul is a star, not just because he managed to get internet across our ancient house with thick stone walls that had defeated everyone else, but also because he is down to earth and gets on with the job. He provides an exemplary service at a competitive price. He is now our go to IT man.

Just picked up my computer from Paul today. WoW!!!! what an excellent job.
I thought my machine was quick before but it is now running at warp speed. New SSD fitted and a full service and clean up. I'd highly recommend TYT to anyone experiencing difficult problems with their operating system or other software.
