Fantastic service from Jamie on my Dell Inspiron. Jamie collected and returned my laptop working like new, complete with a couple of keys that were missing from the keyboard. Really impressed with KCS and would highly recommend to everyone who needs help with their computers - Jamie really knows his stuff!

Recently had work done on 2 laptops, very happy with the results. Best price I received out of all my quotes, Jamie was very efficient and friendly! Any future issues I shall be using him again. First class.

Jamie is friendly, honest and thorough. He explains in details what he thinks the problem is and doesn't charge for diagnosis, nor does he charge if he couldn't eventually fix the problem. He worked hard and long trying to fix my laptop. I would have given him an extra star if it was not for him being too swamped with work to answer phone calls and an email. He obviously needs an assistant.

Had some delays getting PC back but was due to Jamie being ill and moving offices. Communication during the period wasnt great, but he did a great job on sorting laptop, so hoping it was a one off - other reviews all positive. will try him again next time to find out.

Another top job from Kent Computer Solutions. My laptop had developed a re-charging fault. Jamie diagnosed this and, being the professional he is, went through the laptop and spotted problems that would have made it unusable in a few weeks, and all fixed for the price of the original problem. Plus the laptop was returned in an 'as new' condition. Thank you Jamie, I would have no problem giving a 5 star recommendation to anyone who wanted your services.
