Me and my partner are completely clueless when it comes to building computers, specs, etc. We gave Sean a budget and he told us what we needed to get the best in our budget. Sean is a life saver!!
I turned on my computer this morning following an update and all my files had completely disappeared. I'm at uni so that's pretty much all my work from the year as I hadn't backed up much of it- typical student!!! I tried calling the repair shop the uni recommended and they told me that my files could have been deleted and that there was a long waiting list for repairs anyway.
As you can imagine, I was panicking but within half an hour of calling Sean, he had recovered my files. It's almost exam season and I'd have been absolutely lost without my work- about a 100 different documents! I can't tell you how grateful I am and I recommend Sean 100%. Life Saver! (have now backed up my files! :)
