Wayne was excellent. He sorted out my hard drive issue through skill and perseverance. May other companies would have given up with an unusual and difficult problem. Very friendly service and good value for money as well. Thoroughly recommend Croydon Computer Medic.

I called Wayne and put my security problem to him explaining the situation. He came back immediately and asked how quickly I could get my Mac laptop to him. I took it to him the next day and he talked me through what he needed to do and advised the price. I told him that it was important that I had my computer back the following day as I was travelling and would be away needing the laptop. The following day I collected my newly fully security protected laptop. He had cleaned up my desktop, all my folders had been placed in more logical and orderly places and my Apps/icons etc were now easily identifiable with all the ones used regularly showing clearly and a place to go for all the others.
To help me clean up my files/folders, Wayne uploaded all of them onto a disc, keeping the disc and asking me to let him know if there were any missing from my laptop that I needed . When I found a couple missing all it took was a call to him and it was sent immediately.
Wayne had stayed up almost all night working on my laptop just so he could have it ready for me..... You don't get this sort of service too often in this day and age. I will certainly be using Wayne for all my requirements from now on, and have already told so many people about his competency and genuine customer care. My daughter is already planning her visit.

I highly recommend the services of Croydon Computer Medic. I have a very modern laptop that was unusable because of a keyboard problem. The Engineer (Wayne) was able to source the parts. Disassemble the laptop and replace the keyboard and palm rest. Wayne completed the job to a professional standard and offered a very competitive price as well as a warranty. Very happy customer and feel would use his services again.
