I can't recommend BL IT Solutions highly enough! Ben was incredible and I would definitely use again, along with recommending to others. He came to me, he very quickly diagnosed the exact corruption issues my laptop was having, backed up my files, and done the cleanest install and setup I've ever seen! My laptop is now running better than it did the day I first unpacked it! My husband, Tony Lock, and I thoroughly enjoyed Ben's company and getting to know him better. My laptop's hard drive was on it's last legs - I contacted BL IT Solutions and Ben picked my machine up and sorted it super-speedily and at a great price. It's like having a brand new computer. Would have no hesitation in using BL IT Solutions again and couldn't recommend them more highly.

I emailed Ben who came within 48 hours (on a bank holiday). Laptop had become slow and lacked basic functions (chrome / itunes not loading, up to 30 minutes to start). Ben reconditioned my computer within 3 hours. It now works fast, with all normal functionality as well as a few extra bits Ben recommended along the way. Would recommend BL IT Solutions to all.

My laptop was running really slow and I couldnt connect my new printer.

Ben identified that I needed to upgrade to an SSD from the HDD installed in my laptop. He upgraded my laptop and managed to transfer all my data from old HDD to the SSD.

The laptop is now much faster and now with a working printer saving me money on buying a new laptop.

Absolutely fabulous service - Ben is very impressive and knowledgeable - so calm and methodical - I was getting in such a flap/panic over losing everything but he's 'mended' my computer and I have everything back on it I thought I was going to lose and it's now very much improved. Our laptop was running really slow for some time and was getting more frustrating.
