What an amazing person Jay is. I went in the shop today extremely upset with high anxiety as I needed my laptop sorted promptly. I'm a student nurse and lost my assignment and my laptop was playing up.he took the time to sort it for me and was absolutely amazing.if he hadn't of sorted it out for me when he did I would of failed my degree.Highly recommend him, he is certainly someone that wants to help people, thank you so much

My man went above and beyond. I'd missed something very important while building a PC at home. Jays not only fixed the issue, but cable managed my PC, set up the 8 pin for a graphics card I had yet to install and rigged my fans ready for an RGB connector. None of which I asked for, it was just done. What an absolute legend!

I spilled water on my laptop whilst at work, and Jay let me bring it in the same day and opened it up and dried it there and then so I could take it home straight after. I am very grateful, and will definitely be recommending to other people!

When you run a company, it doesn't take long for problems to stack up and cause issues with clients. Recently I had an e mail problem that was sorted very promptly and efficiently by Jay, which meant I was back in business in no time. Really appreciate Jays help, who had that specialized knowledge to solve the issues. You've gained a new customer.

Super helpful, will go above and beyond to help. Rang with a question regarding a monitor and whilst we were speaking he was able to help me with a completely separate issue I had with my emails. Very easy to talk to I will definitely try here first in future Thank you again

Geeing up sluggish computers
With Win 8.1 coming to an end we took my wife's laptop into Jay to be upgraded to Win 10. On Win 8.1 it was running like a snail. By adding some memory and swapping to an SSD Jay got it goung beautifully.

This year my desktop started playing up with Win 10 updates and performing slowly. Jay has got that sorted out.

I can't thank Jay enough for sorting out what appeared to be an impossible task. Nothing was too much trouble for him and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend his services. Thanks again!

I called jay to help out with some upgrades on my sons gaming pc. I cannot sing higher praises for this guy, polite, helpful beyond belief and certainly knows his stuff. Nothing was too much trouble and explained everything in language even i could understand.
