Fantastic communication throughout the process, not allowing costs to escalate. Sent in a laptop with severe hardware problems and the team at CSD were very clear: they were going to do a diagnostic, assess what could be done and not take further action until we had spoken after the diagnostics, so that we could make a decision if it was worth replacing the hardware or think of other options. Great communication, kept me up-to-date on how things were progressing. Best part: they were able to fix the hardware issue without replacing any parts, so only had to pay for diagnostics + labour. This is how I wish all computer repair shops worked with their customers. Will definitely use again.

Laptop screen replacement.
Took my laptop to CSD and was given an on the spot estimate to supply and fit a replacement screen, with an assurance that if any other problems were found, I'd be phoned with the additional costs so I could decide whether to continue with the repair. Fortunately, it was just the damaged screen. This was replaced within a couple of working days.
Excellent, assured and professional service at a reasonable price. I would not hesitate to use again or recommend to others.

I have an amazing experience with CSD Kingston Repairs. My old Mac didn’t works properly, I have use another company for try to fix my computer, but unfortunately it didn’t work, so I have booked appointment with CSD repairs (it was very easy and quick), I have received email with confirmation very fast. The job was made quick and good, and my “9 years old” Mac working like new. Surly I will use this company in the future.

A very professional local service. They are very Covid aware and fix timed arrivals and collections so there is only one client in the shop. They gave a proper estimate for the cost of repair and stuck to it. Like everyone I wanted my laptop back asap and the repair was done very swiftly. I'll certainly use them again if I have any further problems.

We had a laptop with water damage after the storm. CSD did a brilliant job restoring its functions and backing up its data. They were sympathetic, professional and very fast as some of the data was not backed up and needed immediately. I can unreservedly recommend them.
