Excellent service. Needed to replace our old computer which had totally died. Harry listened attentively as we explained how we use the computer at home and he gave us various options. The new computer was built and ready for collection in a day and a half. In that short period we received a couple of phone calls to update us on progress and to clarify requirements. Because of the state of our old computer, we were not expecting them to be able to restore our files but they were able to restore all of them. We will now use Exlen as our go-to IT business for new purchases and ongoing advice.

My subscription to Vipre security organised by Exlen and anti`virus had ran out, not easy for me to get down there so Joe did it all remotely. Phoned me, I switched on my laptop and the rest was down to Joe. All very easy and simple, took about 5 minutes in total. Great service

I should mention that I have been a regular customer of Exelen ever since they opened their showrooms in Chesterfield. They are the most friendly bunch, always patient in understanding your needs and they go to extra lengths to find the most appropriate technology for your budget. They are specialists in custom building PCs to your needs (good news for the gamers!). Their advice has many times saved me money and hassle. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Exlen for new computers, tablets, repairs or networking.

In the past, I always used another local PC repair shop, but when I had an issue where a custom water loop failed and I urgently needed a stock CPU cooler just to get me by until I bought a replacement. The other local shop wanted to charge me far too much, for a part that most discard and these guys offered me one for free. I did pay them, as a goodwill gesture, but it was far less than their competitor wanted. With that small gesture, I said I would never go anywhere else for repairs.

So more recently I have been having issues with my PC. I would classify myself as reasonably knowledgeable, having built the PC myself, but I couldn't work out the problems. So, I decide to take the PC in for a health check. The whole team here are very knowledgeable, friendly and they charge a very fair price. They kept me posted daily with updates on what checks that had run, and what they believed the issue was.

I would highly recommend these guys.

Thanks to Harry at Exlen for once again sorting out my problem as I am not "Tech savvy" at all. Always friendly, effecient, quick service and reliable. Would not go anywhere else, highly recommend.

Really happy with my experience with Exlen, used these guys twice for issues with my laptop and have been excellent both times. 5 stars!

Asked to build a gaming PC which they did. Works fine, sold me the i7 12700k (K means Overclockable) But unfortunately put a motherboard in that isnt overclockable, so kinda contradicting itself, didnt explain this to me, gave me 32gb ram, but was the low end ram. Went to a pc optimizer company, who told me this info, so for them to get the best out of my system, I will require a different motherboard and different ram. Dont get me wrong there a good company for building the pc. They just dont give you enough information about the parts going into the pc. For this reason its a 3 star and unfortunately wont be going back for this reason.

Very good service from this company. I have used them several times and find them quick to resolve any issues and the pricing is very competitive. I have no hesitation in recommending them for all internet/ PC,issues.
