This place is unreal. They have always been excellent in repairing my laptop and have excellent customer service, but Today they blew me away with how kind they were. Keep up the amazing work guys. You care and it’s amazing !

I have been to Titan twice: the first time to fix my laptop's keyboard and the second time to change its battery.
Both issues were dealt with with high professionalism and immediate responsiveness.
From ordering the right pieces to making sure they are working perfectly fine, and even afterwards answering whatever question or concern one might have, they are by far the best computer shop I have ever been to.

I’m not a secret shopper, but I work in IT. I was very impressed with the guys in Titan, I popped in and overheard them giving some spot-on advice to an older customer. They explained the situation in simple terms, and didn’t rip him off on prices. I needed a DELL laptop power supply, and they went the extra mile to actually check that the charger worked and that I was happy with the solution.

I came in with a laptop which had problems with overheating and they took it kindly and by the next day had given it a service and replaced the disintegrated thermal pad and had it back to me. Great job would recommend

Took my laptop in for an SSD upgrade and they were fantastic, all sorted in a few hours and very honest and reasonable about pricing. Would recommend to anyone in need of computer/tech support.

Excellent service. Leonovo laptop had some kind of hard drive issue after 6 yrs. These guys diagnosed, repaired and had it working better than it was before, in under 24hrs. Very good service, friendly, patient. Highly recommend. Saved me an unnecessary new laptop purchase. Thank you!
