GADGET BEES.

My home computer had stopped working the first day of lockdown. I was taking it to a company I've previously used when my neighbour recommended Gadget Bees. I can honestly say they were a revelation. Do you remember that old fashioned service when the customer was made to feel valued? When I took my computer in I was expecting the worst but the guys in the shop were friendly and said they'd let me know, before the shop closed what the problem was and options. Good as their word they phoned. They'd got the computer working but said the hard drive was damaged but info could be retrieved. As they could not guarantee the repair they offered to copy the data for me. At this point to my surprise no charge. I asked if they could change the hard drive to an SSD and transfer the data They could and did. I collected the computer the following morning. Its running faster and where programmes needed to reinstalled they did this quickly with no fuss. Then I got the bill and had to do a double take as it was significantly cheaper than what the shop I usually use charge just for a diagnosis. Great service, speedy repair and unbelievably good value for money. I can't speak highly enough of this outstanding local business.

I took my PC to Gadget Bees as it had failed to boot up windows the day before, Shah was excellent in helping me, he diagnose and fixed my computer within the day, he also showed me what the problem was and how i could fix it myself in the bios, he also reduce the original quoted price by £20 WOW. They fixed my computer - I kept on having problems and going back again and again, and they never gave up and kept trying against the odds to achieve resolution and go above and beyond.
