Excellent service, had a faulty Hard Drive with ALL my family pictures. Glen was able to recovery 100%. So happy & they we're so quick, kept me updated every step of the way. Reasonably price to, I'm one happy customer :)

When my Lenovo laptop collapsed, the team took it in, identified the problem and then managed to rescue the data, which was critical to me. The whole thing was turned around over the weekend, and at an excellent price. I cannot recommend them enough.

I have to say I was very disappointed with a recent 'fix',
undertaken by Computer Solutions for a gaming pc. We had bought the correct parts, e.g. cooling, and was advised that it doesn't fit. It did when put in the correct place by ourselves.

We were charged for a cable that we did not require. He stated "this was a very hard job to install the purchased fan, motherboard connection, and the SSD install". We were charged for 1 and 3/4 hours plus VAT.

He stated "it was hard to work out where the cables should be connected", even though all appropriate manuals were supplied.

My son and I had to rebuild the device afterwards in order to relocate the cooling fan to the correct place.

I would like to say thank you to Glen and the team for excellent service at a great price. They explained me the issue and took care of the problem. I can highly recommend them.
