Staff were really friendly, the replaced my laptop screen very quickly. There was a slight problem with it two weeks later, I rang them up knowing I had lost the receipt I was worried they wouldn't help, but they keep copies themselves, they found it and were very happy to help and apologetic for the inconveniences of going back. They made the change quickly and now my laptop is in perfect working order. Thanks guys :) x

One star is way too much! Just put one to write my review. They've literally broke my phone. There were issues charging it, but it did charge, so I took my phone to this "repair" shop. After several hours they rung and informed that it doesn't charge at all now and the battery is dead. No one has warned me that it can happen, obviously I didn't transfer my data elsewhere, now all is lost, thank you very much! All I got is an unprofessional response"that's life" and a rude member of staff on the phone. Got my money back, but I have no phone and missing data! Just a bunch of amateurs - Avoid at all costs!! Better go to the official service centre, yes, pay more, but get it done properly.

Excellent service, now used this company twice. Once for a broken touch screen which was converted to mouse use only to keep the cost down and secondly for a Toshiba laptop which would not switch on. Very helpful they suggested a new battery which they supplied at a reasonable. Laptop now functioning perfectly as is the touch screen.

Dropped in our laptop after it wouldn’t turn on, fixed within a couple of hours and we collected it the same day. They have a minimum charge for work which I initially thought was a bit steep at £65, but we were happy to pay after the quick turn around. Would go again if we had a similar issue.

Zero integrity. They did a bait and switch and wasted our time.

The manager also publicly berated a customer while I was there, so decided to take my business elsewhere.

My iPhone would not connect to the internet. After wasting 40 minutes in 02 in Croydon who told me to drive to Apple in Bromley I popped in on the off chance. The tech guy knew what the problem was and fixed it in 10 minutes! Brilliant! Thank you

This shops and employees are waste of money. Don’t use ever if you want to resolve and fix your problems. They will take the original parts from your phone and laptop and will damage inside means they will fix one problem and will create another one so that you have to visit them and pay them again. They are fraudulent and cheater.
