Brought in a laptop that had some issues, informed him of a time restraint i had so ideally needed the laptop finished same day, this was acknowledged and my laptop was ready for collection a few hours later. Very informative and went through step by step explaining the issues and what action was taken to resolve them. A very friendly service at an amazing price!

I needed my laptop fan fixed, and Kingsley was very responsive and managed to track down a replacement fan very quickly. The actual fan replacement was done in a single day, which was minimal disruption to my work. The price was very reasonable, and Kingsley took the time to explain it all to me which I appreciated. Great experience!

Used iTech many times both for business and personal nothing is ever too much trouble. the advice they provide is professional and informative.
The turnaround is also very good considering whenever there is an issue its an emergency to us. cant recommend this company enough.

I took my 2013 Macbook Pro in after Apple said it wouldn't be fixable because it's "Vintage". Not being able to afford a new laptop, or wanting to contribute to the huge amount of tech that's dumped I took it into iTech.

Kingsley identified the problem in seconds and fixed it for a fantastic price. Absolutely chuffed to bits that my laptop is back, working better than ever.

How marvellous to find a computer repairer/maintenance, who will not only do a good job without ripping you off (I had an upgrade on ssd) but is willing to give free advice on various subjects.
Also my laptop was ready ahead of the forecasted date.
