Will's Computer Services

We used Will to fix a broken laptop case, and although the replacement parts were too expensive to be a viable option, he managed to fix the case. When the computer was returned, there was a new problem with the operating system, which Will kindly fixed for us also. He genuinely appears to want to deliver excellent customer service and takes pride in doing so, which is a valuable commodity in this day and age. Would recommend and would use again.

I called Will as my computer had a problem and I could no longer work.
He remotely logged in and within 20 mins he had me back up and running with the computer runnning much faster. Lifesaver!

Will gives a very professional service, ringing before he visits, explaining to a not very computer literate in a most clear manner and repeating the process . Makes sure you are competent before he leaves, no mean feat. would highly recommend.
