My partner took his laptop here last year to have windows upgraded, after a week went in to collect to be told couldn't do anything as it doesn't work and the screen was broke!! Screen was absolutely fine before hand and every thing else was fine. So we took it to a friend to which we found out it had be tampered with on the cable on the screen the new battery we had brought had also been replaced with an old one. It was returned with missing screws to so they had to be replaced. Considering he was just supposed to update windows I was very shocked at the length of deceit from this place!! Clearly they thought they could get him to sell them it as they kept telling him they buy old laptops!!! Avoid this place at all cost !!!

A very helpful repair shop and very hard working indeed. The gentleman spent 2 days trying to upgrade my MacBook Pro with SSD cards even though in the end it wasn’t possible to because of Apples software not allowing him. I will return for any other repairs needed!👍🏻

Fantastic service from pat, 1st time I've used him and will definitely be back. New phone screen in under a hour and all covid19 precautions taken. Even let me print something whilst I was there! Highly recommended keep up the good work😁

Pat took a look at a couple of problems I was having with some of my devices. Great customer service and value. Will be back again if I have any more technological related problems which exceed my modest ability!

Highly recommend Pat. He suggested a spec and built my new PC within a week. Fabulous service. And no problem too small; like how connecting your monitor to the graphics card makes all the difference…🤦🏻‍♂️

Pat was absolutely amazing when I couldn't get my PC to boot up!

I had tried for hours to do what I needed to fix it and I kept getting nothing.

I called Pat and advised him of what I'd done and the results I was getting.

He took my PC in the SAME DAY an started working on it.
He kept me up to date via email as he made progress.
My PC was up and running the NEXT DAY! Not only did he get working what I thought was a dead motherboard, he stripped out the machine and improved the cable management and the support for the motherboard in the case too! Something I didn't even ask for or knew needed doing.

He did this at a fraction of the cost I was expecting to pay and he's been nothing but friendly throughout!

Pat is a great technician - 10/10 would recommend!! I took my MacBook in for repair as the screen was badly damaged (a new screen had to be ordered in to replace) and it was ready the next day!!! Pat was really friendly and happy to help and I'm glad I chose his store to fix my laptop.
