Bought 2 office desk tops and a few lap tops over the last couple of years from this business 😀 Simply, excellent customer service and very competitive prices; neither of which are matched in this area. Nicely done 😀

I took my phone in for repair to the Eco PC shop in Newcastle Emlyn, but all the phone/computer repairs are done in Cardigan. I gave them my phone in good faith, having been assured that it was able to be fully repaired. After parting with quite a lot of money I only discovered after I got the phone home that it still wasn't working. When I complained I was told that they didn't have the necessary equipment in the workshop to test that the phone worked before giving it back to me! That is simply inexcusable. When I eventually did manage to speak the the repair person, Nick, he was extremely rude and unapologetic. I will never use Eco PC again. Don't be fooled by their promises. If you do use them, insist on checking that your device works before parting with your cash!

Amazing service, broke my iPhone screen, dropped it off expecting to loose it for a week, surprised to find they could do it while I waited, sat down with a free coffee and was on my way in half an hour all at a lowest local price I could find. Really got me out if a hole, top job!

Fantastic Service - just had my office workstation completely rebuilt, new motherboard, CPU, CPU Cooler, 16GB DDR4 Ram and SSD drive - now it super-fast. Thank you ECO.

I have only been here for my guitar strings and such like. But I've never heard of a bad experience of thier computer tech dept.
