The One Stop Computer Shop

My laptop suddenly died and wouldn't boot. After Curry's refused to help me without booking it in and waiting a week or two, I came here.
They diagnosed the issue, advised what the solution is and after hearing that I needed it back urgently, they worked on it all evening out of hours to get me working the next day.
Amazing service, above and beyond and the price was surprisingly low. Lower than I was willing to spend even after telling them that. They could have bumped the price up, but kept it honest.
Next time I need computer help, I'll come here first.

Helped find and fit a new keyboard for my 5+ year old custom built, desktop replacement laptop (PC Specialist brand). Great communication throughout. Friendly service and very reasonably price. Would definitely use again.

Five stars isn't good enough for them. Amazing, caring service. Bought a PC case and when I got it home found it had no motherboard (I didn't ask!). They changed it without question.

Fitted a new port as laptop wasn't charging properly. Decent price, no fuss friendly service and kept me informed as to what was happening all the way through. Also cleaned the laptop up and replaced missing screws unprompted. Really impressive service and I would definitely use them again

Dont bother. computer couldnt surf on net/ too slow. not as promised( "it'll be better than your old one!)". sound quality terrible. owner of shop just tried to sell me a separate speaker and tried to tell me that a laptop is thin and you cannot get bigger speakers in it. what!!!!! !
do not go to this shop! So unprofessional! Overpriced 2nd hand computers!
Had a word with the owner and he didnt listen, he left me with a computer that didnt function properly/sound quality substandard; tried to make out modern computers are like that because they are thin you cant put a speaker in them( what a joke!) . Owner of the shops reply is meaningless as I have spoken to him about the problem on several occasions and he fobbed me off!.

Great service I'd thoroughly recommend. They fixed my faulty hard drive and backed up everything onto a new one. As the job took quite a while to complete they were great at letting me know how long certain things would take and were very professional. Would definitely pop in again

I've been working at home a lot recently, and it has put a strain on my poor laptop. It still works fine, but its i3 processor couldn't handle videos above 720p, and its 4GB of RAM made it really hard to multitask.

As such, I wanted something beefier to work on, but I didn't necessarily require all the latest hardware; it's a work PC, after all. I popped into this store after seeing the reviews and asked the owner if they had any PCs.

They said they didn't have any on the shelves at the time, but they had some in the back that were still a WIP. As such, he asked me what I wanted from a PC, then found a few in the back that almost fit the bill. He told me to come back the next day, at which point he'd have cleaned the PC up and fit it to meet my specifications.

Sure enough, he phoned me the next morning and presented a nice, clean PC with all the hardware I wanted in it. It was hard to tell that the PC was refurbished at all!

I'm now using that PC to write this review and I'm a happy camper. I got all the RAM I want, the processor is beefy, and the price I paid was very respectable. Top service!

Excellent service! I had the dreaded black screen and as a result I needed expert help. Asif was extremely helpful, gave me sound advice and suggestions to make my laptop run "like new". Which it now does! He even stayed late whilst all of my data etc transferred onto the new hard drive. The cost was also extremely reasonable. Highly recommended and many thanks!
