We are happy with the price paid for our new conservatory roofing system and we believe this represents excellent value for money. The job was managed very professionally from strat to finish and, other than a few minor drying out cracks in the plaster which were immediately addressed, the whole project was seamless, clean and very well done.
No mess, no hassle and a good looking result which transformed our conservatory into an additioanl all year round living space.

Excellent service throughout. Had replacement windows and door. Initial contact was supportive and informative - we were made aware of all our options. Not a pushy sales experience. Followed up by reassuring survey to ensure all the details were correct. We were kept informed of fitting appointment dates clearly. Fitting went v smoothly - the team clearly cared about doing a good job and the installation went well with minimal disruption. Outcome very good in terms of look, quality and insulation.

If you are planning on changing your conservatory roof DO IT!! it has been the best decision we have made and i couldn't recommend this company enough. They are so professional. From our first meeting with Tom to the SAP survey with Nath, who was very patient with an intrusive kitten, they are brilliant. They are not pushy at all and made us feel at ease and Tom answered the 101 questions asked by my partner. The installers Simon and Guy are an asset to this company. They cracked on with the job and completed it to the highest standard. They were so friendly and took the time to have a chat and explain everything they were doing. 10/10 company thank you.

Feelwarm are exceptionally diligent and professional in their approach They totally debunk the stereotype of the unreliable teeth sucking builder who guesses a price and never shows up.
They give you a date and stick to it.
When issues occur they are red hot on communication and keep customers updated and expectations managed throughout .
They have high standards of workmanship and quality control Their staff are directly recruited and reflect the standards of the business in their care and courtesy .I would say that they can better the standards of customer service and quality of many of the big corporate names.
They operate a very robust and reliable computerised system through which they manage the customer from quotation to sign off.

I had my conservatory roof replaced by the Feel Warm team using their SupaLite Roofing System. From the initial contact, meeting the surveyor and having the work carried out by their fitting teams, it was all professional manner. I was always kept informed as to when and what would be taking place and any issues were promptly dealt with. The conservatory along with a wood burning stove is now my happy place to be. From start to finish the service was excellent.

There was no pressure sales which we were really happy about as, other companies had tried.
Nothing was too much trouble and they listened to what we wanted.

I really enjoyed getting the Initial quote online and seeing the design of what the conservatory would look like through the app. I felt this made the service more professional as we were able to get a rough price to see if it was within our price range before getting them out.

Replacing our roof has been money well spent I wish I had done it sooner. Our conservatory is now the number one room used within the house and is no longer a freezer or a sauna.

Workmen men were really friendly and covid complaint throughout.
