I appreciate the current situation with covid 19 but this is the second time I have visited this store now when a member of staff a young male with glasses on I asked if it is OK to come in and he said in and out and hurry and he was rude like this last time it upset my disabled daughter they is no need to be like that

Collect+......don't bother. No signal for the scanner, no room in the bag, staff making comments that leaves me feeling like using the Collect+ service here is an inconvenience to them. Okay I won't from now on.

Do not even bother making a journey to drop off parcels at this store!! Every single time I’ve been to this store there’s been an issue, either the “printer isn’t working” and this time “I’ve taken too many parcels today” absolute waste of time. Won’t be going here ever again. Customer service is non existent by the bloke on the counter. Disgusted.

Second time I’ve been here to send a parcel and been told there is no room in the bag. Been told to “pop” back tomorrow or the next day like I’ve got all the time in the world.

Please please please bring back Terry, new staff members are absolutely terrible. Young Asian lad with snot all up the sleeves of his top who moves at a snails pace. Tall lad with glasses is just rude and awkward and the other one is a waste of space as well. Feel bad for the women that still work there. Won’t be going here anymore
