It’s a good size store and well stocked.

I could sense the shortage of staff as the very few in the store are constantly working. This also means that they have no time to maintain social distancing or even acknowledge a customer.

More staff hours would benefit the current. Colleagues and customers

Well considering we are supposed to be 2 meters apart ect.. I found today nobody cares in this shop.. even the manager pushed past me and my 1 year old child at close proximity. You cant follow the arrows around the shop as one aisle was blocked with cages!

Its a shame that over half the staff members are either so depressed from being bullied in to long/extra hours and general verbal abuse from the management that they no longer have the will power to do their job beyond the very basics. When dealing with "problem" Customers well over half of their problems could be resolved by the management having an attitude & common sence check. Managers when in a visably bad mood have been seen to verbally abuse staff & try to start fights/arguments with customers.

Products wise - when stuff is achually in stock it is reasonable quality for your local corner shop they have a gluten free mini sections.

As a local over all i'd recormend you just save yourself the depressing experience and just walk down to the co-op maybe 100 meters down the road.

Went to this store solely to drop off Hermes/Evri parcels as they're advertised as doing so on the Hermes website and was told they no longer accept them. Needs to be removed.

I went in the shop for things I really needed and once I got to the till they wouldn't expect my money. Even though its British money!

Great service and helpful members of staff.
