Great place to pick up last minute essentials

great shop for shopping some good savings and fantastic bargains, fresh sandwiches, and when you walk through the door you are greeted with the smell of baked hot cross buns, the bakery goods are so good. the staff all work well and are very helpful to serve you.

The co op staff are lovely but stock is normally low. However the post office is by the worst post office I have ever been to. It is a tiny desk in the corner and the staff are constantly in a bad mood to the point where they have refused to serve me. On other times there have been staff who have said to me they haven't had any training and so can't do anything you need. Avoid the post office at all costs

Staff are great but the stock can be limited. The shop is sometimes spoilt by "stuck up customers" . Try the King Alfred sausages they are great

Until today have always received excellent service, however today I was shouted at twice by a rude man behind the till and serving at the post office counter. He needs to learn some better customer service skills and to perhaps put a sign up for where the baskets should be placed next to the till as this obviously is a huge issue for him. Short, dismissive, rude interaction with customers is not a winning formula.

For a small grocery store , Stockbridge CoOp has almost everything. Fresh baked bread, fresh fruit and veg, cleaning products, spices, paper products, frozen food, stationery etc etc and it’s open from 7:00lam to 10:00pm. In my experience, the staff is friendly and eager to assist. The shelves are restocked all day and the isles are clean and tidy. The post office ( open until 9:00pm) is small but always efficient and helpful. During Covid-19 they have been a lifeline for many families. This grocer is a real asset for our local area. Well done.
