Useless.. Used the no print option for an Amazon return only to be told when I got there with my parcel that I have to print the return label and stick it to the box?! Whats the point in the no print option then!!

Rude and unhelpful staff, don't bother with the parcel collect service - the machine either never works or thry just can't use it.
