Had problem returning parcel got fobbed off at several so called evri collection points took it to costcutters in market place heanor and was treated brilliant the lady even helped to print the label

Went in for a bottle of pop had a cat in its carrier after walking past them all into the shop on the way out the staff have just said to me shouldn't be in here with a cat but the old man walking his dog on the shop floor infront of me is ok

Costcutter is a 'top-up' shop for in-between big supermarket visits.The Heanor Costcutter has friendly staff and is always clean and tidy. The 7-day late opening times have often saved me running out of bread and milk on a Sunday evening.
