DO NOT USE. Would give zero stars if possible. Awful customer service when I went to collect parcel. Lad just barked "barcode", "ID" at me. No please or thank you. Parcels were just scattered on the floor. Eventually he said for me to come back tomorrow when it had been delivered. I insisted the notification said it had already been delivered the day before. He reluctantly looked again and of course found my parcel. Hopeless.

I collected my parcel ok, so no complaints there but the service was appalling. Surliest assistant I have ever met.

Awful experience - went in to collect a parcel, for which I had photographic proof of delivery. The cashier was on his phone chatting to a friend for several minutes before even acknowledging I was there. He then started shouting at me that my parcel wasn’t there and I needed to come back a different day. I explained that my partner had just been in to collect the parcel and saw him holding the parcel so I knew it had been delivered. I explained this and the man started shouting in my face that I needed ID. When I provided ID he proceeded to throw the parcel across the counter at me. I left feeling extremely upset and anxious, which is not the way customers should ever be treated. I would strongly advise everyone to avoid this store in future. I notice I am not alone in my experiences at this store as previous reviews state similar experiences.

Similarly to other reviews on here, would give 0 if possible. USed as a collection store for a parcel from eBay. There was a technical error with eBay (not the store's fault) whereby I wasn't provided with a barcode to collect. The seller had confirmed that the courier had provided confirmation of delivery including the name of the person who had signed for it. Upon arrival, the young lad barked "barcode" at me. When I tried to explain and showed him the messages (including proof of delivery), he blankly refused to do anything if I didn't have a barcode. After trying to reason with him, he had a "look" in the pile of parcels on the floor but it "wasn't there". By this point another colleague had come out of the back and was also rude, claiming that the person who signed for the parcel didn't work there and they didn't know this person. After leaving empty handed, I contacted the seller on eBay and the courier who provided me with GPS data on the delivery. I returned to the store the next day and the same young lad said it wasn't there. After telling him the info I had received from the seller and the courier, he had a look and, surprise, surprise, he found it (it wasn't exactly a small parcel...) Safe to say I gave him some advice on customer service and basic manners after I had my parcel in my hands. At least he apologised after pulling him up on the lying (admission of guilt). I am never using this store again.

Had the worst experience ever while collecting my parcel, the person was so rude and kept asking me for barcode where there was no barcode for that collection…. I waited there for 20 minutes trying to explain and showing him tracking number and all the emails but he kept saying “no, show me barcode”… Never ever going back there again and won’t recommend to anyone either. Very rude !!!!

No customer service.
