A reasonably stocked shop open until late. Disappointed, however, that there is no sanitiser at the door and no one way route around the shop save as you enter. Quite often staff are restocking shelves so distancing is often not possible. It wouldn't take much to make this a safer place to shop.

Delivery didn't arrive, despite text saying it was on its way. No contact from the store, and no-one answers the phone when you ring.

Slightly expensive but handy for small shopping

Got my order wrong, only sent half of what I ordered. Charged me full price and took money from my bank but altered the receipt. Tried calling over 40 times now and got no reply.
Do not use this shop or service.

Most of the staff in this shop wouldn’t smile if there life depended on it. absolutely the worst really could do with hiring some newer friendly staff, actually hate going in there only go if I really have no other choice based on the staff and high prices to.

Absolutely terrible customer service. The shop is filthy and dangerous when they are shelf filling, boxes being chucked all over, and no consideration for customers. Would mark this so called store, with out of date stock on the shelf a minus on the stars. Terrible!
