The staff are very slow and spend to much time chatting with customers about irelivent issues. I can understand the importance of local community relations however when you are waiting to be served and they are yacking away like they're sat waiting to play bingo it's very annoying

Nice to have a local store just around the corner, however it would be even nicer If the middle aged, female manager who works there, treated all customers equally with the same respect instead of being rude, racist and disrespectful towards certain customers that she dislikes the look of. Also, having control over who your husband can serve and can not serve or talk to in the shop is very sad Indeed as well as very bad customer service for Spar's reputation, but even more sad is being disrespectful to customers who has good manners and politeness in her shop, The woman clearly has no manners and has been dragged up and therefore only feels comfortable around people like herself who also has a lack of manners. Shame on her and I have every intention of taking my complaint to head office. All the other staff who works there has courtesy!!!

Horrible customer service!! Second time served by angry Irina, who dare to tell me today "learn to read properly english".Because the price was in front to another product! Ask her to apologize for her attitude and she become more angry...You should review your staff!

Worst shop I have ever been to and the staff are rude and they short change you,so if you ever go to the shop check your money. The good thing about the shop is the mother and daughter team that work there and they are polish and both of them are lovely.

Unlike most corner shops this one actually has some fresh produce such as bags of potatoes, parsnips, courgettes,onions and sweet peppers. This puts it way ahead of the rival One Stop in Fen Ditton.

Great selection of your everyday needs. There was 2 ladies behind the counter, lovely friendly girls, and we had a bit of a giggle about the colour of houses. You both made my day. 👯♂️👌💖

Two of the staff at the checkout didn’t wear masks. Two customers present at the same time as me were not wearing masks either. The person who gave me my Yodel parcel wanted to touch my ID and tried to ridicule me when I pointed out that it’s not necessary at all. Very bad service overall, will not use again
