Co-op Food - Brockley - Brockley Road

Staff does not wear masks (I saw at least 2 different members without one) or wears it improperly (beneath the nose). Items marked as half price are at full price at the till. No going to return any time soon.

Disgusting attitude from the manager on this place the guy was completely rude with Deliveroo guys it is unbelievable the way he talked with them. I will never be back again to this coop. Unprofessional, really shame for the company and to the guests.

If I could rate zero I would. I asked a member of staff if he has any sparkling water he actually said there was none on the shelf and couldn’t be bothered to strip a trolley that was on the shop floor. Totally unhelpful and rude. Won’t be returning

Good local store, shelves mostly stocked. Good service and good availability of most things.

I have very bad experienced in that coop staff don't know how to treat the customer and security staff I also shame less it had very bad experience with them

Rubish service , they never have a clear answer , never have anything on the shelves . They understaffed . The manager ( tall Indian guy with cornrow’s hair style at the moment ) super rude , not sharing the right information , I’m a neighbour that goes these often as I live across the street . He is rude to the employees rude to the costumers , has no manners what so ever . Is not the single ocasión I’ve seen this type of behaviour in this shop . I’m afraid I prefer to pay more and shop at the corner shop than to step in that shop that besides is empty all the time the staff in unhelpful rude and disrespectful.

1 star on account of Nabi. Not once not twice but every encounter with him has been unpleasant, rude and lacks customer service skills. Seems to be management maybe that's his excuse for not delivering good customer service and having customers waiting. Unacceptable

At this shop Covid prevention measures are not taken serious. Staff don't always wear masks or wear then under their nose or chin. There seem to be no limit to the number of customers allowed in, so it can be difficult to maintain a safe distance. Customers unmasks are allowed and not uncommon. Definitely a very unsafe place to shop. Co-op should be doing more to ensure a safe shopping and working environment
