If I could give 0 stars I would. The most obnoxious, rude and uneducated staff that I have ever experienced. I will complain with UPS and I warmly encourage anyone who had bad experiences with them (quite a lot of people according to the reviews here) to do the same.

Never in my life have I been treated in such a rude manner - I was told to "bring my glasses next time" after I didn't immediately spot my package out of the stack they had built on the high shelves. I will avoid any parcel delivery by UPS just so I never have to go into this store again.

Got yelled up picking up my birthday gift parcel🙁 Owner acts like he is guarding packages made out of gold. He made me stand across the room and yell out the ups tracking number to him to make sure I wasn’t reading it off the package even though I’d just confirmed my name and address.

Sad man. I wonder what’s happened in his life to make him like this..

Anyways, avoid. Avoid dropping off parcels, avoid picking them up, avoid buying from there. Just avoid.

Very, very, very, very but very rude. Extremely rude. I cannot express it enough. When I went in the shop I saw a gentlemen who was filling up the shelf. As I went past him, I said "Hi", there was no reply, I thought that maybe he didn't hear me. I stood at the counter waiting for him. When he addressed me at the counter I said "Hi" (again). There was still no reply again even though he heard me because he heard my request of purchase! He took my money and told him to remove the card from the case so he could top up the gas card, I said "Please!" He totally ignored me. He told me again to remove the card from the case. By this time he had me feeling very disrespected. But I carried on. I removed the card from the case anyway, then he told me to move so he could attend to the person behind me. I told him that I wouldn't, he raised his voice even though I was moving my bags, just because of the other customer. He finished topping up my card and I as telling him how rude he was, he started talking over me, didn't couldn't even listen to what I had to say. As I was walking out of the shop because I just didn't return the same attitude to him, I kept telling him about he's rudeness. He said not go back to the shop. He must think that, that is the only shop in the area. I went to another shop just a few steps away to complete the other top up and was well received.

Rude and unfriendly. Worst costumer care ever!! They are an UPS access point but they turn parcels down all the time and every time you pick them up they seem to be doing you a favour! Horrible people!!!

SO RUDE .I went to pick up my UPS package after standing in line behind the school children and parents waiting for my turn the gentleman behind the counter told me to wait until he'd finished serving everybody else in the shop before getting me my UPS parcel I told him how unfair this was I also required a service to which they accommodate and then proceeded to take his photo after waiting for 15mins he then shouted at me until and refused to give me my parcel untill I deleted the photo! How is this allowed??!

I'm an amputee and have trouble standing and showed him my prosthetic leg he just ignored me.

I went in to return an amazon parcel which had instructions that no box or printer was required. The person at the till was extremely rude, he started shouting at me with no reason and didn't allow me to finish one sentence. He told me he was not going to return my parcel and yelling at me to leave his shop. Extremely rude and misogynistic behaviour. I asked his name so I can report this incident to UPS as well, he told me it was Bala.

He is extremely rude I went to pick up a parcel and he didn't wear a mask, I did he told me in a proper manner to don't get close to him.
I told him that he was very rude and I was going to give a bad review for his bad maners.
I don't recommend it this place whatsoever.
