DO NOT COME HERE FOR COLLECT+ service! The cashier refused to take my prepaid parcel due to its size (it was 1,9kg and size of a few books so no biggie). Then when I demanded to see where in their policy it states that such size is too big he could not understand (English proficiency - 0). Then he finally agreed to take the parcel but said it was refused in their system, at which point I realised that he didn't even try to put it through. His colleague then came in and said that he is not willing to try again even due to the fact that I asked. I went to another shop down the road, 30 seconds and it was all processed and done, therefore there was definitely no problem with my parcel but with the people who were serving me!

As soonas you come in to the store you can smell dump, so i canonly immagine what it does to the food products stored in the store. Also Collect+ service is unreliable. Every time i used Collect+ in this store, shop keeper made me feel uncomfortable and as if i was wasting his time. Shop keeper is not friendly and not helpful. They also refuse to accept parcels with out any good reason which causes Great inconvenience to the customer.
There is an other store almost accross the road from Showells with much better Collect+ service.

The lady in the shop refused to serve me because I have a beard. Extremely rude! Taking this much further!

Awful. Refused to take my package and have a bad attitude. Go there only if you are desperate.

DO NOT GO THERE FOR COLLECT SERVICE OR TO SHOP IN GENERAL AS THE SERVICE IS EXTREMELY RUDE AND THEY SHOW SOOOO MUCH ATTITUDE AND DISRESPECT TO CUSTOMERS AND TALK BACK TO YOU.

I have never seen such a rude customer service. Its unbelievable how they treat clients there. The guy who worked there want fight with my husband just because we didn't understand his accent.
