The staff are all moody, unhappy and unhelpful. I always feel uncomfortable going in there 😕. Also the fat woman and another old grumpy woman refused to serve me because my son made a comment about the item I was buying.

Only went in to treat myself to some flowers. Every single bunch was dead! No water in the buckets. Come on ! What a waste. Some of the bouquets were £8.
