Reasonable co-op convenience store. Parking okay and reasonable selection of goods but a bit expensive. 16 March 2019 - Had to review the star rating as 3 out of 4 self service checkouts were out of action (1 has never worked since it was installed. There were 12 people queuing for the manned checkout and apparently one member of staff available to serve disgusting service especially as the store charges a premium!

My son queued up to buy something, they then refused to serve him because he goes to the local school. He is in sixth form, wasn't even in uniform. They usually serve him but one guy evidently enjoys the tiny bit of power he has. Why let him walk around the shop and actually get bits? Especially as he is clearly honest as he was trying to pay. How about a bit of common decency and teaching children to behave by treating them right? I have made an official company any may update this review if something changes.

Was visiting a friend 2 or 3 months ago and was hungry went to pop in there for some snacks to eat and a couple of bottles of water to drink. Good parking facilities and was well stock. Good for people passing through as well as for people living and working in the area.

Despite the empty veg/ diary section, also staff all over the place stuffing shelves already full and zero safety being enforced in this coop... no qeue outside and store way over the limit for the safe distance without any face protection nor care about product handle. Clearly you cannot count with the customers common sense as they have none, but at least dont just play the message in the radio all over the store about keeping people safe, when no one, including staff follows it...

I love coming to my local shop - you can find everything that you need on a short notice.

It's nice and not very busy ideal for quick shopping.

Regular shopper here. Staff very welcoming, boy with the long hair at the till was very helpful and provided a quick and convenient service. Only negative I have is the shelves are often empty.

I really like a coop. Yeah the food is like 25% more expensive than other shops but it's good quality and more likely fairly traded.
This coop had barely any cold/fresh foods in stock today, but I don't think it's their fault. I'm writing this review during the "fuel crisis" of 2021.

Meal deal £3.50 and that was fully stocked.

Just came in into the shop to notice that most of the customers were not wearing a mask despite the signs to wear one when entering the shop. The staff could not be less bothered.
