Unbelievably understocked. Frequently out of toilet paper, toothpaste, hand soap, hair products, sponges, detergent, laundry soap, ice cream, olive oil, basic condiments, and so on. Empty shelves are the norm.

Incredibly rude staff on multiple occasions. Not just on the odd times I go in. But even my partner when she's been in. Decided this time was the last. I'd suggest Co-Op look other reviews for this store. It's not a one of incident. It's multiple times with a chunk of customers.

More overpriced than Tesco/Sainsbury local. All have same problem though. Poor selection. Bored looking staff. "HALF FILLED SHELVES" ALWAYS... Go in for a specific item. Not There. ? Even local shops have better selection. And are usually Cheaper...

Heavily overpriced and lots of empty shelves. No milk, no fruit and veggies, very limited choice.

Every time I go in here I have to go to another place - they never have anything! Particularly fruit/veg/herbs. Very expensive too - £5.50 for a pack of Lurpack.

Absolutely useless. They are always out of stock. Staff are never around the tills

The layout of the shop is a bit tight and there seems to be quite a lot of alcohol for such a small shop. Better of having less wine and more variety of foods. Or even perhaps sell some cheap basic electrical essentials such as a kettle. Quite busy this evening at 7.30 but staff were busy trying to put new food out

They close early and tell customers they close at 10pm when it clearly states 11pm online. I got there 20mins to 11pm and found 4 staff members outside locking the doors. It's ridiculous that the council have given co op the opportunity to run their business in that location where it should be providing a service for the people until 11pm. It may sound petty but people make arrangements and have to work around a busy schedule to then find out that these people are scammers. They blatantly lied . I've had rude service previously over the phone with one of the ladies too who was being sarcastic regarding their hermes service too.
