Very over priced, is reconstructed but they still have nothing , the staff is unwilling

Disgusting customer service.
Checkout cashier Saif was horrifically rude to my wife, she just wanted the security tag to be taken off the wine when we had already paid for it at self check out .. funny isn't it as we are making the cashiers life easier doing their job for them. He also tried to call the security on us which was hilarious . So embarrassing for the company.

Great place to get some essentials, it’s quite expensive compared to a big supermarket, however it’s convenient if you are nearby in the park. There are lots of busses that come here, E2 and the E9, and also it may be confusing, because there is another Co-Op down the road, which has a Post Office.

Usually a pleasant experience but Curtis is so rude perhaps he needs to undergo customer service training

This used to be a decent shop.
Staff are plain rude and appear to have zero people’s skills. No “hello”, “thank you” “please” “goodbye” or anything that would resemble good manners.

With Covid-19 around, staff ignore completely the very basic rules of social distancing and hygiene. Staff walk where and how they want in the store, usually against the arrows / traffic.

I get the fact that this is a very small shop, but if rules will be ignored, why bother putting signs up!?

For the most part, I’m appalled by the very poor attention to good customer experience.

I would like to thank the wonderful store supervisor/manager for helping me with my shopping at around 9pm on Sat evening. He was so helpful and polite--he even helped me carry the bags out to the car!!

Light, clean cozy shop. Despite staff members not being so friendly I give them 5 stars for reopening the shop, ten minutes after closure, to allow me to top up my electricity key. THANK YOU guys!

Reasonable sized co op. Have to get here early to get stocked shelves. By the afternoon quite a bit of the fresh produce is all gone.
