Co-op Food - Field Place

A tale of two staff. Visited this store at 1.20pm wednesday, 17 May 2017. One lady serving really nice, the other one sat staring at me as I was waiting to be served, took my items to where she was, at a serving point!, just sitting on a stool taking a break, placed my items in front of her, she then gave me a blank stare and moved to another serving point, where she served someone else, who was behind me in the queue. Maybe I'm invisible but definitely see my reflection when I look in the mirror! Won't be calling here again or just maybe I will but only if the nice, should I say slightly maturer lady serves me. This is not the way to win a customer. A very poor representative of the Coop. Don't tolerate such ignorant employees who are there to serve, it's far too common in this country.

The worst customer service of any retail outlet I have had the misfortune of frequenting. Rude staff and abismal customer service. 1 till open with half a donzen people in the que peaiple were leaving baskets on the floor and walking out. Then when the question has hit 10 plus the call for more staff, it’s poor, very poor

Improved once they installed a self checkout points as ladies behind the tills love to chat (even though they’re very nice and friendly) and holding the queue for too long. The prices are reasonable, I’ll definitely go back and not just because it’s the only food store in walking distance.

been using this co-op for so many years, literally never had an issue, everyone who works there is great, can't say a bad thing about it!

The stores just a normal store but there's a lasy called Margaret who works the mornings there and she is amazing. Her customer service is second to none and always puts a smile on my face. She takes time to know a little about all her customers and is just a lovely lovely lady.

Got everything I needed.
Extra staff on service, as it was school closing time. So, the queue time was minimal.
