Co-op Food - Faircross Parade

A really standard sized supermarket for the local area. Shopping at The Co-op has it's advantages and disadvantages. The store is in the heart of the local community and is good for a quick top-up shop. But, due to the size of the store they may not have some things that you need.
Please remember to bring a bag!

Excellent customer service. Went in on a Sunday to grab some freshly baked croissants, none left in the basket, asked the manager and he was happy to go round the back and check for fresh batch. After 5mins he handed me freshly baked ones. Been in Tesco before and the staff didn’t bother to check.

It is a busy store. Great selection for a local shop. Coop food products are very good especially the ready meals. The staff are friendly and you earn reward points and get vouchers for shopping there. They are open until 2200hrs as well.

Small shop but usually has the essentials so for a small to medium shop it’s very good. Produce is brought in most days and it is kept well stocked. Prices are decent as well so if you are looking for everyday goods and want it in one place this is very convenient and local.

Small but good value supermarket, best suited for a top up rather than a big grocery shop, but it has a good range of storecupboard items, fresh pastries, ready meals, and snacks. Members earn discounts on future purchases, and make charitable donations.

A nice little convenience store with a good selection of products across the board.

Placed an order online tonight. Got email saying what items I'd be getting which would be 10 items to recieve.
I then only get 3 out of the 10 items. Spoke to the driver for him to say he collected 2 orders and there was only one bag for my address when there should of been 2 due to the size of the items missing. I tried calling the shop 6 times and each time it's just been left to ring constantly. It's ridiculous and I've been charged for them items I haven't recieved and it's alot of money to not get the stuff. It's so wrong I've contacted coop customer services and will be reporting this shop as its not the first time I've had items not arrive but those times was only 1 or 2 not almost the whole order. 🤔

Very friendly convenience store. The staff are helpful. My main gripe is that they keep changing the location of different products, unfortunately this seems to apply to all stores.
