Went in to purchase cigarettes this afternoon and was absolutely dumbfounded that the price of 20 cigarettes in that shop was £13.50. I gave a £20 expecting a lot more change than I got and when I questioned this without looking at my money the lady knew she'd short changed me by a £1. I certainly will not be going to this shop again. Daylight robbery when everywhere else I've bought them from charge between £7.50 and £9.00 maximum. I recommend others to keep away from this shop also.

Went in for 20 cigs. Got charged £13.95 rang to question it and they said the extra charge is down as dairy “something not bought” and it’s what the put in as service charge after 5pm. Absolutely fuming!!! Would avoid this shop in future!!! Fair play to the lad as he said “he understands as his boss hasn’t even paid them in weeks”. Wouldn’t give details for me to talk to boss as he said “he can’t he is a nasty person”. I think this shop must be up to no good

Absolute thievs. Went in at on a Thursday night and got charged £17.95 for 20 cigarettes. He said the cheapest ones they had were £16.95. Should be shut down.

The biscuits were inedible (chocolate digestives). The sugar had come to the top and the biscuits had merged together. It was overpriced and inedible. I also bought a bag of smarties that were overpriced and out of date, so they tasted stale. The food there is not good quality.

The new management has completely turn the store with a better rage of products at extremely competitive prices. Some items were cheaper than TESCO with no waiting and queuing times. The staff was extremely helpful and kind. Will be back overtime visit the Town

I felt happy by visting the shop today as I got to know from the staff that owner has been changed and prices are matched to tesco prices .

It was really shocked me because Price are very low compare to tesco and any store and staff was friendly and management was take caring for the customer to get good product 😍😍😍😍😍

Yesterday visited this shop for sweets, I found more varieties of sweets compared other stores and the prices are very low also huge numbers lines with varieties , nice customer service , I would recommend this shop . Thank you bestone Finlays
